It was incorporated on 19th Feb 2004, to provide security services to the public and government institutions in Singapore by highly experienced individuals from Singapore Police Force (SAF), Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) and Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF). Since our incorporation, Shine has become one of the fastest growing security firm, specializing in serving government and private clients in meeting their security and needs.
Shine Security has achieved and maintained Grade ‘A’ for the year of 2020,2019,2018 and 2017 in the annual security audit conducted by the Police Licensing and Regulatory Department (PLRD). Grade A is awarded to those companies with highly developed processes to deliver effective security services, alignment of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with security industry standards, adoption of technology driven security solutions, continuous training for our current pool of permanent and relief security officers, stringent hiring processes, in-house training and compliance procedures and most importantly meeting Ministry of Manpower’s (MOM) requirements.
